The Osda 620W N-Type Bifacial Photovoltaic Panel is designed for photovoltaic installations requiring high power output while making efficient use of the available installation area. The model uses 132 monocrystalline N-Type cells and achieves an efficiency of 22.96%.

Bifacial technology enables the panel to capture light through both its front and rear sides. When installed above a light-reflective surface, such as light-coloured gravel, a white membrane, or concrete, the panel can also use the solar radiation reaching its rear side.

Under the BNPI conditions specified in the datasheet, with front-side irradiance of 1,000W/m² and rear-side irradiance of 135W/m², the resulting output can reach 687W. This value represents a standardised bifacial testing condition and is not the panel’s rated STC output.

The dual-glass construction uses 2mm tempered front glass with an anti-reflective coating and 2mm rear glass. This structure provides protection for the cells and is suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial photovoltaic installations.
